合うおつまみなどを取り入れたコース
✧ガリ
富かわさんのガリはピクルス風で
他にも角切りの大根やら入っており
シャキシャキ食感も良かったです。
✧漬け鰹と焼き茄子
なんと田楽のような味噌味の
漬け鰹は、ユニークでした。
✧あん肝パン
オレンジで煮たあん肝を生クリーム食パンの
上に乗せたものでこれぞスペシャリティ
✧アオリイカのたたき
ねっとりした安定のネタ

たいてい鶏肉ですが、なんと
秋鮭さらにはクリームチーズ
まさに進化した茶碗蒸しでした。

1杯目の乾杯は、スパークリングを頂きましたが
グラスサイズがなくハーフボトルをchoice
少し飲みたかっただけなのでグラスがあると
良かったです。
コース＋αの握りを提供。ご一緒したお相手は
太刀魚とキャビアの握りを追加注文。美味し
そうに食べてました。
以前、銀座のお鮨屋さんでランチの握りが約
8,000円。時間制限1時間という事でしたが
45分程で時間のリマインドがあり。何とも
忙しなく食べた感よりも急かされてお店を
後にした感が強く。比べるとなんと良心的な
お店でしょう。
