初訪問。
2023年7月にオープンされて、既に2ヶ月先まで予約で満席となっている鮨富かわさん。
この日やっと訪問。
駅すぐの好立地にある富かわさん。
扉を開けると、そこには高級感あふれる内装のお店がキラキラと輝いています。
この日は、冬の陣のコースに日本酒のペアリングをつけさせていただき、昼からがっつり楽しむ気満々。
先付から最後のスイーツまで、独創的な料理と握りの数々に完全に心をもってかれました。
特に印象的だったのは、富かわさんならではのメニューのあんぱん、マグロッシーニ、穴子んたまなどのオリジナルメニューはもちろん、たたいたアオリイカや笹の香りが溢れるのどぐろの蒸し寿司など、ここでしか食べられない握りが多いこと。
人気になる理由がわかりました。
ペアリングも、日本酒ペアリングは珍しい日本酒をはじめ料理にあった適切なものがいただけるますが、ノンアルのティーペアリングでも富かわさんならではのこだわりのお茶がふんだんに楽しめます。
季節ごとに大きくメニューを変えてらっしゃるとのことで、いつ訪問しても楽しむことができるお店であり、また伺う時のメニューが今から楽しみです。
