吉祥寺駅前にあるお店。入り口はあまり目立たず隠れ家っぽい雰囲気で、中もこぢんまりとしたカウンターで落ち着く。
一品料理はどれも一風変わっており、アンパン(あん肝パン)、シャリゾットなど独創的。いずれもかなり作り込まれていて美味しいです。お鮨も細かな作業が行き届いており、さらにはマグロッシーニ、穴子んたまなどの新感覚な一品も美味しい！
今回は日本酒ペアリングでいただきました。食事がどれも個性的かつ味もしっかりしているので、さっぱりした日本酒との相性が良かったですね。ペアリング含めて値段がかなり抑えられているのがびっくり。是非また伺いたいです。
