I went to Nakamichi Street in Kichijoji. There are so many shops lined up that it's easy to browse. Among them, I stopped by Petit, which had a cute rabbit signboard. I had a veggie plate that I could enjoy for lunch. The pasta I chose was ``spaghetti with snow crab, Kujo green onions, and mullet roe.'' The veggie plate is a salad with spinach, baby leaf salad of komatsuna, and beet dressing. Sauteed king king mushrooms and Brussels sprouts, potato salad, and bread were served, making it a gorgeous plate in itself. The vegetable salad salad was a little hardened, but it was flavorful and delicious. The soup was a pumpkin potage and had the sweetness of the pumpkin, which was good. The pasta has beautiful colors: green from Kujo green onions, bright yellow from mullet, white from snow crab meat, and red from hawk claws. The flavor of the crab miso and the saltiness of the mullet roe infuses the pasta with plenty of flavor. The oil was emulsified and mixed with the pasta, making it delicious. The bitter coffee after the meal refreshed my oily mouth. The restaurant was always popular with customers even after lunch time.
