As much as possible, we use organic vegetables, reduced pesticide vegetables and fruits, chemical-free citrus fruits, chicken raised without antibiotics after 28 days of age, grass-fed beef and butter from cows raised healthily by grazing on pasture, and additive-free seasonings, and do not use foods that are harmful to the body. If organic vegetables, fruits, or chemical-free citrus fruits are not available, we soak them in alkaline ionized water to neutralize residual chemicals. In Japan, harmful foods are sold freely and most people use them without knowing it. These are mainly the effects of corporate profit-firstism or capitalism, and people's health is threatened. The Japanese government and ministries are turning a blind eye to the common people who are pandering to large corporations, which has led to a terrible situation that is unparalleled in the world. In addition, there is often incorrect information about foods and supplements that has become the accepted wisdom, so people's health is being harmed unknowingly. The best example of this is oil. Commonly used salad oils (canola oil, sunflower oil, etc.) Other vegetable oils (mostly omega-6 fatty acids), and fish oils (omega-3 fatty acids) such as DHA and EPA are polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). Although these are generally considered to be healthy, they easily oxidize when exposed to air. Some also turn into trans fatty acids when heated at high temperatures. Excess PUFAs ingested from food are stored as body fat, but when there is a shortage of sugar in the blood, they are used as an energy source. However, aldehydes are also produced in the process of metabolizing PUFAs as an energy source, and excess reactive oxygen and nitrogen are also produced. If this condition continues, it will eventually destroy the mitochondria in the cells, causing serious damage. Depending on where in the body these events occur, they can cause various chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, various autoimmune diseases, and allergies. It is a historical fact that the number of chronic diseases that modern people suffer from has increased since we began using vegetable oils.
