２０２４年４月に吉祥寺にオープンしたお寿司屋さん。
場所はヨドバシ裏の地下１階。一週間前に通ったときに開店の祝い花が
飾られていて、タイミングよく見つけたお店。
ランチも営業しているので、予約して早速訪問しました。
ランチは６０００円コース。小鉢２品に茶碗蒸し、握り９カン
巻物に、お椀、デザートまで付きます。
日本酒もいろいろとありそう。まずはビール小瓶からスタート。
白和えからスタート。今の時期しかない新玉葱のガリ？が美味しい。
そして金目鯛の炙り。蕪の蟹あんかけはとても優しい味わい。
めひかりの炙りが香ばしく、ザーサイの漬物が添えてありました。
どれも日本酒に合う料理。握りはカレイ、鮪、イサキ、イカなど。
カレイはエンガワものっていて、なんとも美味しい。
帆立がとてもおおきく甘みがあって、口の中でとろける食感。
雲丹は軍艦ではないので、直接雲丹の甘みが伝わってきました。
竹の子の茶碗蒸しも美味しい。巻物はかんぴょうのようでしたが、
お腹いっぱいだったので、巻物とデザートはパスしました。
店主は物腰が柔らかな方。好みのにぎりとつまみでした。
