三鷹で大人気のチョコレート屋さんのシャンパントリュフを頂きました。
小さいのに６つ３０００円と東京価格やなあ～( ﾟДﾟ)
まあ、最近ここに限らず美味しいお菓子はインフレ傾向だからこんなもんでしょうなあ。。
食感は外がパリッとしてて中はまあ、固形を保つ程度に滑らか。
味は上質で繊細、そしてシャンパンらしくどれも食後の後味が良くもたれない。
こういうお酒を使ったチョコはともすればお酒の風味が勝ってしまってチョコの味が活かされない場合が多いけどきちんといきてる。
技法的に凄いと思ったのは「シャンパンモヒート」
ラムと相まって複雑な味わいを醸してシャルドネのような爽やかさ
好きなのは「キールロワイヤル」ちゃんとカクテルのキールロワイヤルを体現。
ベリーの風味が美味しい
小さい中にきちんとお酒の風味が体現されて良かったです
でもまあ、、高いなあ。。ご馳走様でした～
