焼肉家 かず 三鷹店
何度か足を運んだけど満席だったり、定休日だったりで入れたことがなかった。
そりゃあ混んでる日にいきなり行っても入れるはずがないし、ちゃんと下調べもせずに定休日に行っても営業しているはずがない
今回は然るべき手順を踏んで初訪問を果たした。
先に結論から言うと、お肉とても美味しいです。
ロースを中心にいただきましたが非常に美味しいロースです。
タン塩は気持ち厚めのカットで、パッと見は噛み切れない？固い？などの印象を受けましたがまったくそんなことはなく、非常に柔らかくて美味しいタン塩でした。
その柔らかさはトングで焼いている時にすぐ伝わってきます。
食べてビックリの美味しさです。
過去に食べたタン塩の中で一二を争うほど美味しい。
１枚目の写真は、
見た目は普通のユッケに見えるがローストビーフをユッケ味に仕上げたもの。
これも美味しかったです。
ご飯にのっけて食べて幸せでした。
その他食べたもの全部美味しくて大満足でした。
焼き色のついた写真もお見せしたかったんですが、美味しすぎて食べるのに集中しちゃいました。
次回は撮ります。
最後冷麺を食べましたが、とても綺麗な冷麺でした。
味はシンプルです。でもそれがいい。
残っていたキムチものせて食べちゃいました。
スタッフの方達も丁寧で一生懸命です。
店内も綺麗で小洒落ています。
こちらのお店、良いと思います。
ご馳走様でした。

Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant Kazu Mitaka store It's been a busy day lately. I'm still going to hit the peak, so I went to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant to get some momentum going. It's been a long time since I last saw Kazu-san. I wanted to eat something refreshing, so I mainly ate lean meat such as salted tongue, sashimi-style loin, sukiyaki sirloin, shabuyaki sirloin fillet, and Kagoshima black pork shoulder loin. I forgot to take a photo of the fillet, but on the menu it's called ``Very soft and light lean meat.'' This is delicious. It's thick, but it's extremely soft and meaty. It was delicious, like a fluffy Steak without being greasy. Both the salted tongue and sirloin were delicious. Kazu's staff are really nice. They are efficient and the food is served quickly. This is just my personal impression, but it feels like the staff are all working together as one. I think we work as one team, with each person fulfilling their respective roles, making the entire store cohesive. I had a very pleasant meal. I'll bother you again. Thank you for the meal.
