中華銘菜 餃子菜館 @ 東京都三鷹市 @ 中華料理
JR中央線三鷹駅南側、さくら通りから飲食店街のいずみ通りに左折して左側2階にかなり目立つお店があります。一階は韓国料理屋さん。
店内はゆったりと広く、窓が大きいので開放感があります。入店して左側はセミオープンキッチンに面してカウンター席6席、手前はブラウンテーブルとベージュの椅子30席。右側には大きめのガラスで仕切られた個室が２つあります。
メニューはものすごく多いという訳ではありませんが、定番の中華料理が一通り揃っています。
本格中華料理店というにはちょっとメニューが少なく、町中華と呼ぶにはメニューが多く洒落た店内で個室もあるので、両者の中間という位置付けでしょう。
店名になっている餃子は、焼き餃子、茹で餃子、水餃子、辛子味噌餃子、ニンニク餃子のラインナップ。
飯ものと麺類が充実して居ます。太麺の塩焼きそばが人気とか。
今日のランチは暑いので、
■冷やし中華
にしました。錦糸卵、トマト、チャーシュー、胡瓜、もやし、紅生姜、海苔の定番醤油冷やし中華でした。器もしっかり冷やしてあり、冷たい麺が暑い日に嬉しい。ツルッシコの麺に優しい味の酢醤油ツユが絡むと清涼感たっぷり。抜群に美味しいというよりは無難な美味しさという印象でした。
