``Tori Soba'' is made with Daisen chicken and is a flavorful dish topped with soft chicken that has been steamed whole. The `` Ramen'' is made from scratch using chicken bones as a base, and then slowly simmered for 4 to 5 hours to create a soup that can be eaten quickly. Gyoza / Dumpling which is also the name of the store, are of course handmade! The menu is rich in variety and cost-effective at 450 yen for 6 pieces. We have a rich menu including about 13 set meals including daily specials, and over 50 individual dishes! We offer easy dishes that do not use lard.
