出張。三鷹に来た。さくら井に行くつもりだったが、もう1店舗百名店があるのを見つけ挑戦。
駅から少し。中から呼ばれたら食券を買い、店の対面に並ぶ。いい意味で店員の声がデカい。ラーメン屋こんなこと気にしないが、接客も丁寧。
麺は歯切れの良い中細麺。食感が良い。あっさり塩のつもりで飲んだスープは魚介の旨みが凝縮されている。魚介ラーメンに名前を変えるべき。豚チャーシューは美味い。鶏チャーシューは味つけが濃い。もう少し薄い方がバランスはいいかもしれない。しかし無化調なのに味が濃いラーメンでよかった。また三鷹に来たら。
