三鷹の人気店。
百名店✨✨
昼時に並びはなくすんなり入れました。
特製の塩を注文。
まずはスープ。
いきなり貝がダイレクトに入ってくる。
最初はえぐみを強く感じていましたが、どんどんなれると旨みを感じました(^^)
麺は前田産業の小麦粉を使用した自家製麺。
お店に書いていた通りパツ感が強い麺。
具材はチャーシューとたまご。
どちらも丁寧に仕事がされていましたが、塩味が強くしょっぱさが先行しているように感じました
少し違和感を感じたのは、現金のみで新500円が使えないのにコインの両替はお断り
なんか納得いかないルールでした。
