月曜日は煮干ラーメン専門店 |
近所でずっと気になっていたけど
土日は混んでそうだし行けずにいましたが、
平日、休みが取れたので思いたって行ってきました。
2人でしたが、並ばす入れました。
食券機は1番上の特製1200円のシリーズが目立ってましたが、よく見ると下の方にシンプルな950円のラーメンのシリーズもあったのでそれにしました。
選択肢は、塩、醤油、煮干、つけ麺だったかな。
私は塩、同行者は煮干にしました。
油でごまかさない美味しさでした。
店名通り、健康的な感じがしました。
煮干は塩よりも味が濃い。
塩もしょっぱ過ぎずよきです。
麺は細くスープは澄んでいます。
具材が1番美味しかったかな。
穂先メンマの味付けがよかった。
チャーシューもおいしかった。
貝割れ大根が合います。
今度は特製にしてたくさんの具材を味わいたいと思いました。
