月曜日は煮干ラーメン専門店 |
中央線沿線で仕事が終わったので、三鷹に移動してこちらのお店に初訪問。
オープン9分前の金曜日17:51に到着。
先客3名で4番目に接続。やはり夜営業している人気店には、平日夜の早い時間に行くのがおすすめだ。でも、並び方が少しわかりづらく、結局、店内から出てきたスタッフに誘導されて並び直すことになる。
そして定刻通りオープン、特製塩ラーメンの食券を購入して着席。
すぐに満席になり、外待ち発生。やはり人気店だ。
店主の華麗な手捌きを見ながら待つこと12分で着丼。
トレイに乗せられてカウンター越しに提供される。
とても美味しそうなビジュアルだ。
まずはスープから。アサリと節系の香りが最初にやってくるが、その後、動物系の深い味わいを感じる奥行きのあるスープ。塩をあまり感じられないが、他の食材とのバランスがよく、全体的にうまくまとまった美味しいスープ。
自家製麺はパツパツとした食感で、噛むと国産小麦ならではの香りと甘みが感じられ最高に美味しい。
具材は鶏・豚のチャーシュー2種、味玉、穂先メンマ、ネギ、カイワレという王道の構成。
特に低温調理で仕上げられた豚チャーシューが味付けされており、肉感もしっかりあって個人的には好みだった。
