平日14時10分頃到着、先に食券を購入、並びは3人程。特製醤油1,300円を注文。回転は早めですぐに入店出来、程なく着丼となりました。淡麗系の綺麗な見た目です。いざ実食すると、鶏を主力とした動物系の風味にアサリと思われる魚介系の爽やかな風味を感じられ、細麺ながら確かな食べ応えの自家製麺によく絡みます。チャーシューは鶏と豚の2種類、鶏は香り十分、メンマは穂先メンマを使用しておりこだわりを感じます。特色のある美味しさで大満足の一杯でした。
