月曜日は煮干ラーメン専門店 |
先日行きました三鷹にあります『ラーメン健やか』さんです
お店には13時に到着しまして、待ちはなくそのまま入店しまして、お店に行く前にSNSで見ていて気になりました限定の『冷やし伊吹いりこつけ麺』を特製トッピングでチョイスしました
席に着き10分程で着丼しまして、まずは麺をそのまま食べ、その後塩をつけ食べましたが、細麺ながらしっかりした感じの麺が美味しく、つけ汁に浸して食べますと、結構塩味が強い感じのつけ汁でしたが、食べ進めると丁度いい塩梅の濃さになり、合間に特製の具材を食べ、見た目よりも麺量が多く、かなり腹パンになりましたが、最後は昆布水をつけ汁に加えて飲み完食でした
以前から行ってみたいと思っていたお店で、初訪でデフォではなく限定をチョイスしましたが、次の機会にはデフォの塩を食べてみたいなと思います
