Don't miss [Menya Sakurai]'s famous char siu, which is made by marinating domestic pork shoulder loin for a whole day and then slowly pasteurizing it in a vacuum state and low temperature for 4 to 5 hours, at our restaurant! Also, the most recommended Ramen is "Chinese soba". A powerful soup containing Daisen carcasses, whole chickens, chicken wings, and pork back bones is simmered for 8 hours and blended with soup of dried sardines and mackerel. Please feel free to enjoy a cup full of specialties such as raw fried soy sauce and noodles wholesaled by [Tomita]!
