[Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)] was opened in Kokubunji by former professional baseball player Susumu Nakanowatari and was loved by many people. It was sadly closed about five years ago. Our company's president, Hayashi, who met Mr. Nakanowatari at Kokubunji and got to know him well, inherited the restaurant's taste and spirit and relaunched it as [Kyushu Cuisine Second Generation Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)]. Due to the popularity of the Kokubunji store, we have now opened a second store in front of Mitaka Station. Please feel free to visit us.

At lunchtime, we will welcome you with a variety of sets made with carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan. The highlight is the pork Pork Cutlet made from the branded pork "Rokukokubuta" from Kagoshima Prefecture. Please enjoy the deliciousness of ``Rokukokubuta'', which is famous as ``mysterious pork'' due to its fine, soft meat quality and elegant flavor. We offer a wide variety of menu items, including the extra-fatty ``herb mackerel bowl'' shipped directly from Hirado, Nagasaki, and the Miyazaki specialty ``Chicken Nanban.'' For an additional 200 yen, you can get an "egg-cooked rice set" with fresh eggs and Kyushu soy sauce.

We also offer specialty dishes from all over Kyushu. From the standard "chicken nanban", "charcoal-grilled free-range chicken", "fried satsuma", "mustard lotus root", to the highly recommended "chicken tataki", "raw mackerel", "roasted Japanese black beef yukhoe", and the unusual one, shrimp on bread. We also have Nagasaki's specialty, ``Hatoshi'', which is stuffed with minced meat and fried. We are particular about our appetizers, and serve fresh vegetables from all over the country, served with homemade pork miso. Please enjoy our many specialty dishes!
