気温も下がってきており、温かいものが恋しくなる季節。見つけてしまいました。鰤しゃぶ。昆布だしに脂の乗った鰤の腹身をサッとしゃぶしゃぶ。程よく落ちた脂の振りの切り身をポン酢ともみじおろしとやっこネギで頂く。最高です。
鯖の文化干し
これを大根おろしのみで醤油もかけずに頂く。たまらないくらい最高のおつまみです。
竹酒？名物とのこと。2合ぐらい入っており飲みごたえ抜群。竹筒が凍っており、口当たりが良く水のように入ってきます。
