You can also bring your children. Although it will be a bar chair, we do have a chair belt for children up to 3 years old. Regarding pets, we would like to accept them only if you cooperate and do not allow them to come out of their carriers. However, please note that we do not have any equipment such as vessels. Also, if you have severe pet allergies, please let us know in advance. We will prepare a birthday plate for 1000 yen. (I bought a cake that cost about 700 yen at a cake shop and added simple letters using a chocolate pen.) |
三鷹にある「焼肉ふたみ」は、「大人の焼肉」を楽しめる、隠れ家的なお店です。地下1階の目立たない場所にあり、表には看板も出していません。カウンター4席のみの隠れ家のようなお店です。日常の喧騒から離れ、いつもとは少し趣の異なる焼肉の時間を楽しむことができます。
完全予約制で、1組貸切なので、常に1組のみしか案内しないため、ほかのお客の目や声を気にせず過ごすことができます。ひとりでゆっくり楽しみたいひとから、気心の知れた家族や恋人と過ごしたいひとまで、幅広く利用できます。デートや女子会での利用にも最適です。
お肉はすべて店主さんが調理し、部位ごとに適した火入れ加減で食べ頃に焼き上げたものを提供してくれます。牛肉の様々な部位を少しずつ味わえるようメニューを構成しています。
本来、銀座や六本木などにあるように、フルアテンド型の焼肉店では高価格帯になりがちですが、「焼肉ふたみ」では、フルアテンド型のお店ながら、三鷹ならではのお手頃な価格帯での提供を実現させています。
コースは下記の３種類があります。

今回は、その中から「ちょっと贅沢にふたみコース [￥5,900]」をいただきました！
今回のメニュー内容は下記でした。
・【先付】旬野菜のすり流し
・【前菜】黒毛和牛のユッケ風、黒毛和牛の酢味噌掛け、和風カプレーゼ
・【蒸物】いくらと黒毛和牛の茶碗蒸し
・【副菜】キムチ二種、もやしナムル
・【焼物】タン、トモサンカク、酒しゃぶ、シンシン
・【箸休】ひとくち肉そば
・【焼物】サーロイン すき焼き仕立て、ハツ、クリ、カメノコ
・【御飯】肉寿司 三貫
お肉はすべて店主さんが調理し、部位ごとに適した火入れ加減で食べ頃に焼き上げたものを提供してくれます。牛肉の様々な部位を少しずつ味わえるようメニュー構成になっています。
どれも、見た目も美しく味もとても美味しく、目でも舌でも楽しめるコースメニューでした。
推しポイントがありすぎるため、他にも書きたいことが山ほどありますが、これくらいにしておきます。
お肉や料理自体は本当に美味しいです！そして、最後にひとつ付け加えると、店主さんが面白いです笑。気持ちの良い接客で、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことのできる素敵なお店でした！
