The owner uses Toyosu Market as his main source every morning, but also uses other markets to purchase fresh, seasonal seafood that has been carefully selected by the owner. The ``Specialty! Sashimi Daisho Funamori'' is a hearty assortment of extremely fresh seafood, and regular customers order it all together.
