202309 To be honest, I go here because I want to eat yukkejang udon. Although this place is Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, the management changes often, so I haven't visited it yet. I'm not in the mood for Yakiniku (Grilled meat) tonight. I don't have any Yukkejang udon... (tears) No, I can eat the tan. Oh, there's raw makgeolli! Required below~♪ ・Draft beer ¥555 ・Salt-grilled beef tongue ¥1,400 ・Salt-grilled tongue ¥1,000 ・Choregi salad ¥555 ・Assorted namul ¥700 ・Oi kimchi ¥428 ・Raw makgeolli ¥455 × 2 Tongue salt is quite hard (lol) The beef tongue is soft but lacks flavor. Should I have added onions? Raw makgeolli is fresh and refreshing because it is not heat-treated. Because it's a raw rice fermentation method, there are a lot of amino acids derived from rice, and it's full of rich flavor♪ You might want to drink raw makgeolli.
