We carefully select the sake and wine that we purchase through tasting sessions and only those that we think are truly delicious. In addition to the menus we usually offer, we always have about 50 different types available. Sake is available starting from 660 yen per glass, including some rare brands! We are proud of our wide selection of wines, including natural wines, starting at 880 yen per glass. We also accept suggestions for drinks that match your tastes and cuisine, so please feel free to consult with our sommelier.

There are mainly three types of hot pots that we recommend. ``Superb Cow tongue Grilled Shabu'', where you can enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) using the iron plate around the pot; ``A5 Kuroge Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki'', which you can thoroughly enjoy with mildly sweet homemade warishita; and ``Yellowtail'', where you can enjoy the soup stock made with plenty of daily sake. (Buri) Japanese shabu shabu" is available. The effect of the sake eliminates the smell of the ingredients and brings out the flavor, making shabu shabu absolutely delicious! How about a meal on a day when you want to warm your mind and body?

At our restaurant, which employs Italian Cuisine chefs, Japanese chefs, and sommeliers, we offer a variety of products that are not limited by genres such as Japanese-style meal, Italian Cuisine, and French cuisine. You will be able to fully experience the charm of the combination of "food and sake" as the taste of the drink goes on and on. When choosing ingredients, we keep in mind local production for local consumption, and mainly use vegetables from Nerima Ward.
