練馬の魚民初来訪。
月曜で祝日、練馬の飲食店は休業だらけ。2軒目だからちょこっと刺身かつまみでゆっくり飲みたいから大手でいいか〜。
魚民自体は15年くらい前、魚好きなのでお気に入りだったのだけど、チェーン店離れをしていたので久々10年ぶりに利用。
靴を脱いで案内されたのは4人用のほりごたつ風個室。
3人で利用したのでゆったりだが男性が横並びになるには狭い。
ただきっちり個室になっているのでこの狭さが心地ｲｲ人もいる。
探検しずらいのでよくわからないけれども大きめな個室もあるのかも。
ってくらい他の客が気にならないしっかり個室感覚。
味や量はチェーン店なので普通。
小皿の追加やお土産用パックなども注文できるタッチパネルのオーダー機械があり、メニュー本にはしっかり食材や味付けの説明があるので邪魔されたくないカップルには最適。
逆にスタッフを呼び出すことがまずないのでスタッフ自体は気がきくわけでも料理説明ができるわけでもない。
ファーストドリンクオーダーと一緒につまみを注文しようとした客に、料理の注文はこちらの機械でお願いします。と言うスタッフの声が向かいの部屋あたりから聞こえたくらいだし。
あと私のちょっとした不満はコレ。
客が出入りしやすいような左右両開きタイプの和式な引き戸になっているのだが、料理など提供する際スタッフによって開ける扉が左右違う。
狭めなテーブルだしスタッフ目線だとサービスしずらい席なので空いたグラスなど下げやすいよう手前にまとめても開ける扉が逆だと気づかれない。(だからと言って廊下など人が歩く所に皿やグラスを置くのは私はできないデス)
そしてちょっとくずした正座をしてたらつま先に扉がガツン！みたいな。
けっこうしっかり個室なのでお待たせしました〜などスタッフの声掛けも聞き取りにくいので、突然扉が開けられる感や、今回はこっちが開くのか！にビックリ。
スタッフの開閉は統一してくれたら嬉しいかな〜。それで笑顔で登場されたらなお気分ｲｲかな〜。
って難しいかもだけど、接客対応をかなりはぶける形態だからそれくらいのスタッフコミュニケーションやオペレーションはできるはず。
それより何より魚民なのに刺身や魚のメニューが少ないのが残念。
チェーン店特有の同じ食材をあらゆる料理に駆使してロスを少なくするメニューづくり…
安定して安く提供できたり、飽きのこない回転の早いメニュー展開にはやっぱり感心するけれど、｢魚｣が店名にあるのだからもう少し選択肢があってもｲｲよな〜。
