魚が食べたくて、ちょっと気になっていたお店へ
午後７時半頃入店、月曜の夜だというのに
仕事帰りのサラリーマンでいっぱいだった。
殆どが常連さん。
オーナーらしき方と、フロアの女性の二人で
切り盛りしている様で、忙しそう。
メニューを見ると魚料理も刺身がメイン
焼き魚は有るが、煮魚は無し。
その他数える程の魚以外の料理と、焼き鳥のみ。
先ず釣物の魴鮄の刺身と昆布ジメ〆鯖、エンガワ注文
灯台ツブ貝とゲソ焼き注文
最初の刺身は三点盛風になって登場
魴鮄は歯ごたえの有る身の締まった良品
流石釣り物だけあって新鮮で美味い
カレイエンガワは市販品と同等レベル
昆布ジメしめ鯖は、酢で締まりきっている
この季節は仕方が無いところ。
刺身は全体に新鮮で、特にその日のお薦めや
釣りものの表示が有る物は間違いが無い。

厨房とフロアをたった２人でやっているので
きめ細かなサービスとはいかないが、笑顔で
決して失礼な感じではなく好感が持てる。
地元密着のお店なので初見はアウェイ感がある
しかし気を使わず、常連さんも感じの良い方が多く
すぐに慣れてゆったりと楽しめました。
