立ち飲みの線香花火は儚く消え、かわ焼きのまいけるへと形を変えた。元は同じものではあるのだが。
以前は桜台にあったのですが、そちらは「ちょいちょい」へと業態変更し、まいけるが練馬に移ってきたようなイメージでしょうか。
さっそく、久々の訪問をホッピーセット390円で祝うことにしました。中は250円です。
飲み物が高いとのレビューもありますが、高いのは赤星だけで他は基本的に安いと思います。つまみは以下のようなところを攻めました。
●さば餃子 380円
興味本位で注文してみたのですが、ばり旨いです。タレは不要、柚胡椒のみで必要にして十分です。かわ焼きと共に必食のメニューです。
●かわ焼き 1本130円
皮全体に味が浸透しているので、予め漬けているのでしょうか。よくわかりませんが、旨いです。やみつきとはこのことを言うのでしょう。小さいので1本では少ないと思います。
●もつ鍋 1280円
一人前より注文可。塩分、にんにく控えめのあっさり味。絶品とは言えないまでも、国産のもつには甘みがあります。味噌味などの選択肢があればベターなのですが。
●イカのお刺身 480円
熟成して甘みが出ているとも言えますが、食感が悪すぎて好みではありませんでした。九州の甘い濃口醤油との相性は良いだろうと思いましたが。
●辛子高菜 280円
辛子高菜とのことでしたが、期待していたものとは全く異なるものでした。もっと刺激的なのを求めてたんですけどね。
会計後の感想として、もっと「入っていい」お店だと思いました。物理的な課題としては、①テーブル席のみで、1人での利用に向かないこと、②異常に換気が悪いこと、以上の２点が挙げられるかと思います。
