土曜日の18時半に予約して行きました。
既に満席だったので、予約した方が無難だと思います。
和牛てんこ盛り、タン、極上ハラミ、ユッケ、焼き野菜盛りを注文。
他店で「和牛てんこ盛り」のようなメニューを頼むと、切り落とし肉ばかりが入ってくることが多いですが、ココのは、ちゃんとした肉たちばかり。
しかも、カルビには、サシもたっぷり入ってたり、凄い肉質。
量もそこそこあって、まさに安くて美味い！
大満足な一皿。
極上ハラミも、しっかりした肉の食感と旨味があります。
ユッケは、卵の黄身を混ぜて、ねっとりした味わい。
久しぶりに食べました。
しばらくして、壁を見ると石橋タカさんのサインの横に「ヒレ命」と書かれていたのが、気になったので、注文。
ドドンッと分厚いヒレ肉。
両面を焼いて、ハサミでカット。
一口サイズにして食べてみると、これまた最高！
しっかりと肉を味わえながら、凄く柔らかい！
お会計をすると、一人5,000円ほど。
お酒も結構飲んだのに、安いです！
