午後の半端な時間のひととき
ネット情報等を鑑みて、本来食事時間しか開けないビストロみたいだが今、コロナ禍が関係あるかどうかわからないが午後の3時、4時にも開いている。(元はしてなかったハンバーガーのテイクアウトをしている)
まあ練馬の基準でいい意味で比較的保守的なフレンチだった別の店でも一時期テイクアウトでカレーや弁当を置いていた。(桜台駅近くのこのレストランは、今はそれもやめたが営業時間を縮小し、入店制限も厳格で入店のハードルが上がってしまった)そこに限らずコロナ禍で新しい事を始めた店は味も落ちた、少なくとも変わった店が多い。
私は当店は気になっていたが今日初めて入った。
店内の黒板にフランスの地図を書き、地方の名前を書いている。単純に楽しい。
日本ナイズしていてフランスそのままを望むなら全く不向き、またあくまでも手軽路線なので一流は望めない。その上で雰囲気は良く楽しい気持ちで寛げる。
細切れだが牛肉とベーコンがきいたハンバーガーは野菜との塩梅も良く普通に美味だった。またチーズケーキは外側のサクサク感と中のクリーミーさのバランスが良い。
フランスビストロ料理が作れる店のオリジナルハンバーガーにそれなりの魅力あり。
少なくとももう一回来てビストロらしい料理を楽しみたい。
まあ良い感じ。

最近ワンプレートランチを始めた。間違いなく良心的っぽいが人気あり、数をこなす店ではないからすぐ無くなる。早い時間なら大丈夫とも言えない。
ビーフストロガノフ、ローストビーフ、店名がついた骨付き鳥の料理のランチもある。ただメニューにあるのに品切れ、欠品が割とある。
高級感はないが雰囲気がよく、気分良く食事、カフェタイムが過ごせる。
細部に完璧とはいかないし一流の柄ではないが「良心的は良心的」と言える。
ローストビーフが赤身で塩梅が良く値段から想像するより納得出来る味わいでした。
タルト、チーズケーキ等デザート類が自家製でセンスもいい。
