Our dishes mainly use "golden horse mackerel" from Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture! Although there may be changes depending on the situation on the day, we purchase products using the "direct from the farm" route, which is possible only because the owner is from Futtsu City. We carefully select the fish that meet the best conditions each day by assessing the fish situation on that day.
