猛烈にうまいアジがここにある
休日は不定期なので、ちゃんとネットで休日をチェックする必要あり。
プラチナアジフライ定食を注文。
食べ方のフリップまで用意されとる。
まずはそのまま、次に塩、大根おろし&わさび、タルタル、ソースの5パターンで楽しめるよ。
おすすめは断然塩。
今まで食べたアジフライの中で一番美味しい。たぶん、かも。
フワッと柔らかいのだけど、身がグズグスとからそういうことではなくて、フワッとホロロ、でもアジはしっかりジュワーっと旨みが来る。
一瞬で完食。
必ずリピするだろうな。きっと。

最初入ったら満席。
『待ってもいいけど1-2時間はかかる』とのことなので、カフェで時間を潰すことに。
1時間くらいして再訪したらちょうど空いてますよ。
いいですねー。
アジフライミックスに、煮付け。
煮付けは出てくるのに15-20分くらいかかるかも、でも、美味しいよ。 注文した方がいいね。
映画に遅れそうになりながらも行った甲斐あり。
