I found this shop by chance on the internet. I had been to restaurant near Nakano Station, but this one was further away from the station and seemed quieter, so I went with a friend. We went there before 12 o'clock on a Sunday so there were only two other groups there and it was very comfortable! [Food and Taste] The shop near the station is also famous for its fresh pasta, but when I ordered a menu with less sauce, such as cod roe spaghetti, the pasta was chewy and stuck together, and the taste was a bit strange. So this time, I ordered the popular "Carbonara-style Bolognese" to avoid making a mistake. As it is a popular menu, the pasta was chewy and chewy, and the sauce, minced meat, and egg were mellow and delicious. My friend also ordered the popular "Bolognese," but the sauce was slightly lacking in liquid. When choosing a menu, I recommend ordering more liquid such as oil or soup! Even with salad and drink, it's just over 1,000 yen! It's quite filling, so you'll be very satisfied. [Service and Atmosphere] I don't think there's anything particularly noteworthy about this place. It's not particularly stylish, just a typical "town pasta restaurant." The exterior is cute, though. Lunch is quite reasonable and filling, so I'd like to come again!
