What I received today was chicken sashimi (toriwasa, liver, and zuri), fried tongue, deep-fried yam, and shredded ginger with shirasu dressing. The chicken sashimi had no odor and was fresh and delicious as it was cooked in the morning.This was my first time having sashimi chicken, and it was crunchy and delicious. Deep-fried tongue The thick tongue was fried crispy and good. delicious! The fried yam is fried with rubbed yam, and it's chewy and I like it too! The ginger was refreshing and perfect for a chopsticks rest. The food was delicious, so I wanted to sit down and have a leisurely drink, but the seats near the entrance were too small and I couldn't drink comfortably, so I ended the meal with a whimper. I wanted to try some grilled food too, but that's okay. . . ⚠The alcohol is quite dilute. Thank you for the meal.
