We have A5 rank Japanese black beef from Sendai beef, Yamagata beef, and Hitachi beef. Beef is purchased without being frozen, so we can provide you with the original flavor of the ingredients! Depending on the part, the meat is aged for about a week to a month and is exquisite. In addition, we have several carefully selected rare cuts such as kainomi, which has fine marbling, and katasankaku, which has the strongest marbling among lean meats and a rich flavor.
