友人のフードライターに誘われて、
板橋駅近くに新しく出来た ビストロ酒場Masas で伺いました
ビストロといっても他には無い新しいタイプのビストロ/バル/ダイニングバーです
お店は一戸建ての古民家風でいい雰囲気が出ています
１Ｆはバルスタイルでカウンターでいい感じです
自分たちは２Ｆだったのですが、２Ｆはラウンジっぽいというか、全席ソファーで家具とかもこだわっているようで
おしゃれな空間です
板橋で異質の雰囲気を醸し出しています
料理は安くてボリューミー
ＣＰ高いと思います
スタッフさんの話だとシェフは海外で修業をした人らしいです
スタッフさん達は美人な女子スタッフ中心でとってもいい感じです
元気もあって ノリも良かったです
パーティーや貸切もＯＫだそうで地元で人気がでちゃいそうな臭いがしました
はくしょん大魔王の鍋料理は面白いし美味しかったです
