My favorite shop. I always go there whenever I go to Itabashi. My favorites are achar and liver. The liver is super delicious. I think it's more delicious than other famous restaurants! The curry to finish off the meal is exquisite. As for wild game, the bear was a little weird, but the deer, lamb, and wild boar had no odor and were delicious. The deer loin in the photo was so delicious with the truffle butter! And all the staff are kind and have great customer service. The lady on the second floor was also very good at making recommendations and I had a pleasant meal! I will continue to visit!
