今夜はワイン酒場を訪ねました。JR板橋駅の北口駅前ロータリー沿い、イタリアンを軸とした多国籍創作バル「baroom」さんです。シェフをはじめ店員皆さん女性です。メニューは前菜から肉料理、魚料理、ピッツァ、パスタ、創作料理など豊富な献立が揃い、ワインも多くのボトルが準備されています。
●「気まぐれ前菜5種盛り合わせ」¥880
今日は昼ご飯も気まぐれランチだったので本日2回目気まぐれ系です。でもおそらく気まぐれではなくしっかり計画をして調理されていると思います。
・明太ポテサラ
・ラタトゥイユ
・きのこのマリネ
・とりハム
・スモークオイスター
の5品。これで充分お腹にたまっていくので、かなりお得なプレートです。しかもそれぞれ個性があって美味しいです。野菜もたっぷり。
●「広島産かきのグラタン」¥780
牡蠣の殻のような器です。牡蠣はそれぞれに2個づつ。冬っぽい料理でこの時期必須です。
●「石川県産ふぐの白子フリット」¥880
フリットは少し重かったですね。和食酒場なら新鮮な白子はそのまま食べられますが、西欧では火を通すことが多いですからね。
●「鴨のロースト（ハーフ）」¥1,180
低温調理の肉料理のうち写真が一番美味しそうだった鴨をいただきました。鴨肉ももちろん赤ワインソースが美味しいです。ナイフを操ってカットすればその柔らかさがわかります。
この時点でお腹一杯になってパスタまで辿り着けませんでした。本日のパスタ、美味しそうだったのになあ。大勢でくればシェアできたなあ。
ごちそうさまでした。ピッツァも魚料理も食べてませんから、また来なければ。美味しい創作料理でした。
