全く辛くないメニューから少し辛め～超激辛まで、全てのお客様にご満足いただけるようにご用意しております。まずは当店基本メニューの味噌タンメン（小辛）、一番人気の蒙古タンメン（中辛）からお召し上がりください。辛さの奥に広がる野菜の甘さ、スープと麺の旨みがクセになること間違いなし！ |
歳をとるにつれ辛いものが苦手となってきており、以前蒙古タンメンを食べた記憶が激辛だったので、かなり足が遠のいていたのですが、満を持して再チャレンジです。
平日21時頃、混んでいるかなと思われたのですが、すんなりと入店できました
前回やられた蒙古タンメンです。
麻婆餡がやっばり激辛ですが、今回は辛い中にもしっかりと旨味も感じられました。
ちゃんぽん麺のような中太麺も合いますよね
途中からは、辛さを和らげる為に生玉子に麺をくぐらせたりし、最後まで美味しく食べれました
次回は、もうワンランク辛いのにもチャレンジしてみたくなりました
