言わずと知れたひなたの本店。
18時ちょうどだったけど客は自分のみ、やはりコロナの影響？
とりあえずホッピーと煮込みを注文。
ホッピーセットは430円。
ナカが250円とちと高めな感じ。
煮込みは出汁がしっかりと味付けはさっぱり目。
もつも大振りでゴロゴロと、それと豆腐がとてもでかい。
が、もつ自体が冷たくて全くうまくない。
豆腐はアツアツなんだけど、これはどうしたものか…。
他に客もいないので「これレンジで良いんで温めてくれます？」と言おうかすっごい悩みました。結局言いませんでしたが。
おいしそうなだけにこれは残念だったなぁ…。
その分？焼き場の仕事は素晴らしかったです。
れば・なんこつ・おっぱい、どれも良い塩梅で肉質もよかったです。
なのですが、最初の煮込みで落ち込んだテンションもあって、ナカをもうひとつ頂いて早々に席を立ってしまいました。
それと煮込みは半分以上残してしまいましたよ、お店には申し訳ない。
総評としては、+（串）-（煮込み）=0といった評価になってしまいました。
今回はたまたまでしょうけど、ちょっと残念な日でした。
