We use ingredients shipped directly from Okinawa. We also have a variety of menus that change monthly and dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Sea grapes are almost always ordered. Please use Sanbai vinegar, wasabi, and green perilla as you like. We also recommend the ``braised pork belly'' that is slowly simmered until tender. The flavor permeates through your mouth and the more you chew, the more the flavor spreads in your mouth. “Okinawa Soba”, which is affiliated with the locally famous “Tian Daa”, is also attractive! The combination of store-bought bonito and dried sardines and the chewy raw noodles are exquisite.

Drinks are carefully selected to match the food. We also carry the only Japanese sake called ``Reimei,'' which is rare in Okinawa where awamori is the mainstream. A cup with a rich flavor and impact. It goes perfectly with richly flavored dishes such as braised braised pork. Okinawa Blue, a lemon sour flavored with Shikuwasa, is refreshing and easy to drink, and goes well with any dish. We have a wide variety of plum wines, including brown sugar plum wine, red sweet potato plum wine, mango plum wine, and other unusual varieties from Okinawa!
