２度目です。土曜の19時過ぎ当日オンライン予約で入れました。前回はカウンターで、今日はテーブル。料理を一通りお願いしてワインの価格帯を伝えると、価格がメモされたボトルを数本お持ちいただいて、料理に合わせて考えてくれます。親しみやすい価格帯のワインが多くあります。今回はややスパイシーというスペインのもの。写真は前菜のパテ、立派で大きな1品で、選んでいただいたワインにピッタリ。デトックスサラダは、前処理されて味がしっかりしたもので、野菜の美味しさが引き出されています。牛はらみのローストは、綺麗な赤身のしっかりした大きさのもので、またワインが進みます。旬のホタルイカのパスタも季節を感じる一品。全て1つオーダーし、2人でシェア、お腹いっぱいでした。ライブで綺麗な料理にワインを合わせてくださる、とても楽しいお店です。ごちそうさまでした。また伺います。
