大山遊座商店街の中ほどにある金沢おでんのお店です。訪れるのは約１年ぶりかな。
寒い季節になったので温かい料理は選択肢に登りやすいですよね。
アルコールで喉を潤しながらテンポよく注文していきます。レモンサワー美味しい♪

おでんはお出汁が意外と甘めだったので私のストライクゾーンからは外れてしまいましたが
具材は色々と盛り合わせていただいたので食感、食材とも多種楽しめました。
私の一番のお気に入りは串揚げでした。細目パン粉でカリッと揚げてあり、大好きなヤングコーンが出てきたときは独り占めしちゃう程でした。
お料理の盛り付けや切り口もとっても丁寧なお仕事をされていました。これからの季節ほっこりして良いですね～
