オーダーしたもの
『イドンマッコリ』
『生サムギョプサル』
『まかないキンパ』
知人の誘いで訪問しました。
早めの時間に予約したのでゆったりできましたが、ちょうど退店する頃には店内はかなりお客さんで賑わっていました。
『韓国』にとことんこだわっているようで、メニューはもちろんのこと、テーブルや内装が全て韓国尽くしでした。
『イドンマッコリ』
マッコリはもちろん飲んだことがありますが、こちらが定番だそうで、なんとやかんと銀のカップで出てきました。韓国の屋台ではこれが主流だそうで、初めてのことで驚きました。
とても飲みやすくて甘みがちょうどよく飲みやすかったです。
『生サムギョプサル』
店員さんがある程度焼いたあとに切ってから目の前の鉄板に移し替えてくださいました。
熱々でジューシーなサムギョプサルが堪能できました。
ゴマの葉で巻いたりニンニクを包んだりするのは意外にも初めてでした。ゴマの葉は香ばしく、風味がとても好みでした。ニンニクは美味しくなるのは間違いないですよね。キムチもちょうど良い辛さでした。
『まかないキンパ』
1番驚きました。キンパは巻き寿司みたいな感じだと思い込んでいたのですが、まさかのボール状。
ですがこの形可愛いですし、ついついパクパク食べちゃいます。韓国のり、ごま油、ハム(？)、たくあんが入っていました。
しかもかなり好みの美味しさで本来知っていたキンパより好きでした。
あっという間の2時間ほど、ごちそうさまでした！
