ラーメン百名店（2017、2018）に選ばれた店です。
平日の10時50分に店前に到着。すでに5人並んでいます。何とか一巡目には入れそう(^^)
しかし、開店時間は11:00とされているものの、実際に店が開いたのは11時12分でした。他の口コミにもあるように、いつも10分くらい遅れて開店するみたいですね。外は寒いので、なるべく時間を守ってくれるとうれしいのですが···。
早速、食券を買って「中華そば味玉入り（1,000円）」と「中盛り100g（＋130円）」を注文します。待つこと約12分で提供されました。
スープはしょう油系で、だしは鶏系と魚介系かな？それぞれの主張は控えめです。かなりアッサリしていて、ちょっと薄いかな～、と感じるくらい。
麺は中太のストレート麺だと思います。
しっかりと天然素材を使ったことがわかる、ナチュラルな味わいでした。味玉は、すごく良い出来映えです。
訪問時（2024年3月18日）の食べログ評価は3.74ですが、同等の点数評価を受けている他店と比べるとインパクトは感じませんでした。どちらかというと街中華の延長線上にあるような素朴な味です。
家の近所にあれば、普段使い用に定期的に通ってしまうかも知れません。
