今回はディナータイムに利用しました。
何にしようか迷いましたが、今回、特製中華そばを注文しました。
店内、満席でウェイティング中でした。
食券制のお店です。
注文内容
特製中華そば 1,350円
特製中華そばは、あっさりとした醤油ベースのラーメンです。
麺は、やや柔らかい食感の中細麺でした。
具材は、チャーシュー、レアチャーシュー、メンマ、ワカメ、海苔、ナルト、ネギです。
塩味の程よい味わいですが、旨味が弱く、苦みも気になりました。
店内、目線にあるカウンター上にもう少し清潔感があると嬉しいです。
20席ほどあるお店ですが、料理提供までにかなり時間がかかっていました。
3食分まとめて7分程度で調理し提供しており、開店後、初回入店の約20人の提供完了までに45分ほどかかっていたので、料理提供の遅さが店頭の行列の原因になっているように見えました。
スタッフさんの人数は揃っているので、調理のボトルネックを解消してスムーズな料理提供をいただければ、もう少し印象が良くなるかもしれません。
スタッフさんの接客対応は丁寧な印象でした。
