仕事で成増。べんてんに向かうも
数日の臨時店休。オーノー！
近隣でBMしていたこちらへ
GW最終日13時30分外並びが7名
並び方がわかりにくかった。。。
着丼が14時15分と進み非常にゆっくりかな

チャーシューの種類、量、メンマ、味玉
一番はわかめかな。わかめ最高です！
スープは昔ながらの醤油スープで油分多め
全体的に出汁感弱めの薄味ですかね
アクセントに辛みを入れたが
しっかり辛い。あっさりしてるので良いかも
胡椒も後半入れると良い
残るはこの自家製麺
すすり心地重視だが柔らかすぎかと
ロットなのか、ゆで加減なのか
老舗らしく常連さんには親しく会話
ネガティブな発言もありちょっと気になる
一元さんはアウェイ感を感じましたね
