料理と日本酒が旨い「徳兵衛」
東武東上線の成増駅近くにあります。
東上線を西友側に降り、線路伝いに北に向って暫く歩いて、一本細い道を右手に入るとあります。
以前から、料理と日本酒が美味しいお店噂を聞いていましたので、かなり期待して伺いました。
店舗は、ここ数年で改築されているとの事でした。
なんとか言う建築家の先生が設計されたとお聞きしましたが・・・。
お料理は、事前の噂に違わず出される料理全てが素晴らしかった！
刺し盛りには、アワビは入っているは、ホタルイカは入っているはで、大変豪華でした。
しかも、ビックリするくらい抜群の鮮度とクオリティーを伴っていました。
アスパラガスや筍なども、味わったことがないようなサイズであったり、種類であったりと、驚かされっぱなしです。
そうそう、特大のホタテもたいそう美味しく頂きました。

日本酒も、専用の貯槽コーナーがあり、数多くの銘酒が保管されていました。
十四代の七垂二十貫の一つを頂きましたが、ワンダフルの一言です。
このお店は、ロケーションが不便ですが、また来たくなるレベルのお店に間違いありません。

まず、ラクレットの北海道産のチーズとポテトに感動。鮮度と旨みがぎっしりです。
そして魚が旨い！北海道直送で脂がノリノリです。
焼き牡蠣も身がふっくらしてジューシーでした。
箸休めのいぶりがっこチーズ、素敵な逸品です。
