A short walk to the east of Narimasu Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, there is a quiet residential area, and this is my first visit to the store, which is located on the corner of that area. As soon as you step inside the store, there is a sake cellar right next to it with sake from all over the country lined up, and in the middle of the day, customers can go inside and make their own selections. Groups of people attending parties and other events seem to be allowed to go to the space on the second floor, but they generally use the U-shaped counter seats on the first floor. A charcoal-fired hearth stands out inside the counter. The proprietress, who is originally from Toyama, and her young husband, who is a Hokkaido enthusiast, make all the delicious dishes using ingredients ordered from all over the country. Listening to the friendly landlady and young husband talk about the drinks and food, you'll feel as if you're at a relative's home in the countryside. What left an impression on me was the story of Sapporo Classic Beer (raw barrel), which he loves so much that he drives to Hokkaido once a month to buy it. Lol lol I think it's hard to find a place in Tokyo where you can drink Sapporo Classic Beer (raw barrel). This time, I ordered mainly menu items that can be eaten in Hokkaido and drank slowly, and before I knew it, over 3 hours had passed. I'm sure you'll find something different and delicious next time! ! It was a feast.
