謎のカレー屋がしばらく謎の休業を続けていましたが、串揚げ屋に変わっていました。
結構繁盛しているようす。
看板の塩モツ煮込み¥450は豚のホルモン煮込み。小腸やら喉軟骨やら4部位くらい入っている。
口に入れて最初の感想は「豚臭い」です。生姜を入れて臭み消しを狙っているようだけど。
豚骨を炊いているのかな。
この臭みはうまくないなぁ。これで看板商品にしちゃうんだ。
串揚げ5本盛¥650は単品で計算すると¥800のお得なもの。
届いてすぐ食べようとして「熱くてヤケドするかな？」と構えましたが杞憂です。
熱々ではないです。残念だ。
店員とコミュニケーションとったりすれば楽しめる店でしょうが、料理の味はそんなものです。
(内税なら)お通しのキャベツが¥400は納得いかないな。
