満席時は先に店内で食券をお買い求めいただき、スタッフへ食券を渡してから外の椅子に順番にお座りいただきます。お待ちの際は禁煙です。 |
成増のきころくで、つけめんの特盛(500g)を。
成増に出てきたので、晩めし食べようとこちらへ。
300gまでは同価格だけど、お腹空いていたので特盛(500g)にした。ちなみに600gもあったけど、値段のバランス的500gで。
太麺で固めな食感は正直あまり好みではないかな。
いわゆる濃厚魚介豚骨だが、かなり濃厚で粘度も高めでしっかり麺に絡む。なので食べ方次第でつけ汁が無くなるかも。おかわりは有料で出来るけど。
途中で一味をかけてアクセントを加える。
食べ終わる時にはほぼつけ汁は無くなり完食。
他のメニューも気になるからまた来てみたいな。
