火曜日の夜でしたが、急遽外食して帰ることになり、2名で訪問。前回の寒い大雨の日とは違い、先客もいましたし、あとからも入って来られて、結構賑わっていました。

昼間の11時オープンと同時に入店。
正直、1000円でこんなに美味しい蕎麦が食べれるのは衝撃です。
歯応えがあり、めちゃくちゃ食ってる気がするような蕎麦です。
天ぷらも揚げたてで塩によく合います。
しっぽり落ち着いて飲み語れる空間。
酒も肴も美味しくなきゃいけないわけですが空間美は至宝級。
遅かったからか欠品もあったけど頼んだメニューは酒が進む旨さ。
カニ味噌、酒盗、刺し身、日本酒...
あの妙なネギの食べ方が忘れられず再度来店。
今日は無性にそばが食べたかったので、高遠そばだけの大盛りを注文。
ネギがシャキシャキで辛くて美味い。
